QC Termemilano is a unique wellness oasis located in the heart of Milan's Porta Romana district, seamlessly blending historic architecture with modern relaxation. Housed in a former Art Nouveau tram depot and surrounded by ancient 16th-century Spanish walls, the spa offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The facility is designed around a comprehensive Wellness Path that allows guests to explore over thirty different therapeutic practices at their own pace, ranging from traditional baths to multi-sensory experiences. The spa is celebrated for its distinctive features, most notably a bio-sauna built inside a restored historic Milanese tram carriage situated in the garden. Water facilities include warm outdoor thermal pools that provide views of the surrounding ancient ruins, an Underwater Museum pool with crystal walls, and an immersive Cinema Pool indoors that simulates a thunderstorm with rain and visual projections. Guests can also unwind in various themed relaxation rooms, such as the cavernous Theater of Marvels or the salt room, and enjoy steam baths, Kneipp paths, and waterfalls.
