The Well is the Nordics’ largest adults-only spa & wellness destination, located just outside Oslo. It features 11 pools, a cold plunge, and saunas & steam baths, plus global bathing traditions like a Japanese bathhouse, Hamam, and Rhassoul. Outdoor amenities include forest saunas, cabanas, and a large relaxation area. At The Well, continental spa culture is practiced with natural nudity in saunas and steam baths, where swimwear is not allowed. Towels or pestemals can be used. Swimwear is optional in the pools, except on Tuesdays when swimwear is mandatory throughout the facility. If you wish to wear swimwear, you must use The Well’s own swimwear.
