On the 2nd floor you will find a traditional sauna (for 2 people) which operates on a self-service basis, i.e. you can book yourself an hour-long slot by writing it on the list on the door, and at the same time you turn the sauna on to heat up. On the 3rd floor there is an infrared sauna (for 2 people) which likewise operates on a self-service basis, i.e. you can book yourself an hour-long slot by writing it on the list on the door, and at the same time you turn the sauna on to heat up. The infrared sauna is an effective sauna that works well for, among other things, helping the body recover from physical strain and aids in relaxation.
