VALO Ice Cube Villas

Rental use or for members only or for customers only

VALO Ice Cube Villas is a complex of luxury villas located on the southern slope of Kaunispää in Saariselkä. The most characteristic feature of the villas is their cube-like shape, as their name suggests, and their modern Scandinavian architecture. The buildings' large floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows bring the surrounding fell landscape, the seasons and the northern lights into the interior. These spacious villas, approximately 140–165 square metres in size, provide accommodation even for a larger group. Typically the villas have three bedrooms, and they accommodate up to ten people when extra bed options are used. The layouts are open and airy, and the master bedrooms often have their own bathrooms to ensure privacy. The level of equipment is top class, and every villa includes its own spa area with a sauna as well as an outdoor hot tub on the terrace, from which you can admire the views. A fireplace serves as the heart of the living areas, and the fully equipped modern kitchen makes even demanding cooking possible. The villas are also equipped with modern entertainment electronics, drying cabinets for outdoor gear and a fast internet connection. The location on the slope allows direct access to the ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks on a so-called ski-in/ski-out principle.
