BEACH BOX is an all-year-round, public beach sauna spa, based on Brighton Beach. Enjoy 3, unique wood-fired saunas. Located on the beach itself, you’ll have unrivalled sea views while you succumb to the heat, and we are steps away from the shore for a sea dip. Our offering includes changing rooms, outdoor seating areas, cosy fire pit, cold water to drink, cold showers and a bucket shower, a chilled ice bath, cool plunge pool and a chilly slipper bath for you to cool off between sauna rounds. Not forgetting a felt hat to pop on your head for protection. Upgrade your experience with our handmade, natural in-sauna body treatments. Our spa menu includes face masks, salt scrubs, nourishing hair masks and Aufguss ice balls with aromatherapy oils to sizzle on the rocks. Why not add a fully trained, private Sauna Master, who are experts in manipulating steam and traditional leaf whisking, to take your thermal journey to the next level
